Today, some students have several health problems. One of them is eating too much junk food. It's bad for their health. Although their parents don't want them to eat too much junk food, they still eat it.
Another problem is playing computer games. It's bad for their eyes. They can easily be shortsighted after playing computer games for a long time. Besides, they can't pay attention to their studies, either.
What should we do to keep healthy? Firstly, I think we should eat more vegetables and fruit. Secondly, we should listen to parents' suggestions, and stay away from computer games. Thirdly, we should keep about eight hours' sleep every day. We can do sports every day, such as running and playing ball games.
