Do you catch a cold easily? Here are some good ways for us to stay away from the cold.
First, we should wash our hands often and drink much water every day. Second, we should exercise more and get enough sleep every day. Much exercise and enough sleep are good for us. Third, we should eat healthily. Try to eat fruit and vegetables every day. Lastly, when it gets colder, we have to wear warmer clothes.
