Our teacher left an interesting task during the last summer vacation. Every student must control their weight or he or she didn’t finish the homework. I have changed a lot since then.
In the past, I ate a lot of meat and my weight was up to 70 kilograms. Some students often laughed at me. So I was silent and spent a lot of time staying alone in the library. To control my weight and finish the homework, I tried my best. On the first hand, I began to exercise every day. On the other hand, I developed healthy eating habits. As a result, my weight is only 55 kilograms now and I’m of medium build. Being outgoing and confident, I’m now one of the members of our school swimming team.
My life has become more interesting and colorful than before.
