AChinese Poetry Contest was successfully held in our school today.
Thecontest, which aimed to encourage students to know more about traditionalChinese poetry culture, attracted almost all the students and teachers inthe school.
Twentystudents from different classes competed with each other. Their performances,including reading poems aloud and reciting poems from memory, deeplyimpressed the audience present. It was obvious that all of them had made goodpreparations for the contest. Finally, the headmaster awarded prizes to thewinners.
