When I began to work, it was very obvious that I was a green hand. Since I lacked work experience, I really didn't know what to do at first. But I didn't give up. I asked the other staff what I needed to do. Thankfully, they gave me some useful advice. During my work, most customers were very friendly. However, some customers were very rude. I knew I should never be angry with customers. So I talked to them patiently no matter what. Also, in order to communicate better with customers, I find it necessary to read some books on communication skills.

Slowly I did my job better and better. One and a half months later, I had to leave the store and go back to college. When I looked back upon my time of seeking a job and working as a shop assistant, I learned a lot. I learned that finding good work really wasn't easy.
