As we all know, nothing is more important than health. With a healthy body, we can do what we want to do. Then how can we keep healthy? I think we must have good living habits.
First, we must eat healthy food like vegetables and fruit every day. We should stay away from junk food. Second, we need to do more exercise. Exercise can help us keep fit. Third, we need to get enough sleep. We had better go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning.
